ELFBAR Canada warrants the original purchaser that your ELFBAR product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. ELFBAR Canada does not warrant the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.



Exclusions and limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to the product manufactured by or for ELFBAR Canda, that can be identified by the "ELFBAR" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Damage due to acts of nature or God, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes and the like; (b) Negligence; (c) Commercial use; (d) Modifications to any part of the Product; (e) Damage caused by use with non-ELFBAR products; (f) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (g) Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by ELFBAR or with improper voltage or power supply; or (h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of ELFBAR. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.



Implied Warranties

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not have ELFBAR limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.



Limitation of damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, ELFBAR shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when ELFBAR Canada has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not ELFBAR the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.



Flavour Concerns

Flavour perception can vary due to several factors, including personal taste buds, device settings and storage conditions. Please note that the item may not necessarily be faulty and qualify for warranty coverage. You have the option to send the item(s) back to us for inspection and initiate our Warranty Claim Process.

We reserve the right to update flavour names for accuracy and clarity without prior notification, ensuring they align with the taste profile.



Warranty Exclusion on Leakage Issues

Leakage problems with your ELFBAR vape pods may not be covered by our warranty. These issues can arise from various factors, including incorrect placement, excessive shaking, and improper storage conditions. Additionally, extreme changes in temperature or pressure can affect the viscosity of the vape liquid, potentially leading to leakage problems.


While we strive to offer high-quality products, it's important to note that these issues may fall outside the scope of our warranty coverage.

Please send us a clear snapshot of the shipping receipt and/or your ELFBAR order number via email. Failure to return the defective item(s) and/or proof of purchase may affect your warranty claim process.

Upon receiving the item(s), our specialists will examine them. You can expect to hear from our customer service representative within 2-3 business days. If your item(s) qualify under our Warranty Policy, we will process a store credit. The E-gift card will be sent to you in a separate email. Please check your spam folder in case you are not able to find the email. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.


The approved store credit for warranty claims is subject to change depending on the circumstances of the claim case. Warranty coverage amounts may be adjusted due to factors such as inadequate proof, the type and severity of the fault identified.


Please note that you will be notified by our team if the returned items do not meet our warranty coverage criteria. In such circumstances, we do not offer any store credit. Shipping charges are not covered for warranty claims. Items sent in for warranty inspection will not be returned, regardless of the status of your warranty claim. All such items will be discarded after the inspection process.

Incomplete Shipping Information

We will diligently strive to provide accurate availability status for all our products. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you via email. We will offer the option to choose alternative item(s) or to remove the unavailable item(s) from your order. In such cases, we will issue a store credit. We may request photo evidence of the incorrect item(s) to process your case. Please note that the invoice will be required to initiate this process.

Missing Item(s)

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you find an item(s) missing from your order, we're here to make it right. Please complete the form below within 30 days of your purchase and include the invoice and the item(s) received to help us assist you in this process.


If there is sufficient evidence indicating that item(s) were inadvertently omitted from your order during processing, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the missing item(s). Order Taking Longer Than Expected

Orders may sometimes take longer than the estimated delivery time. You can track your order on Canada Post’s website using the tracking information and links in the shipment notification email sent to you by Canada Post. Please check your spam folder in case you are not able to find the email. Please note, orders may sometimes be returned back to us by Canada Post.


1. Failed Delivery Attempts/Unauthorized Returns

An unauthorized return from Canada Post is when a package is sent back to our warehouse due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt. This may be caused by an incomplete or incorrect address or the refusal to accept the order.


Following the receipt of the returns, our customer service representative will contact you within 2-3 business days to process a store credit for the unauthorized returns. You will receive a store credit for your order, excluding the shipping cost.


A flat rate of $20 will be applied to your store credit. For Express Shipping orders, a flat rate of $24.99 will be applied. The E-gift card will be sent to you in a separate email. Please check your spam folder in case you are not able to find the email.


We are currently unable to re-ship the packages that could not be delivered on the first attempt. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We strongly recommend you to review the shipping and delivery information, and our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth delivery process.


2. Age Verification upon Delivery

ELFBAR Canada orders are verified for proof of age upon delivery by Canada Post, which will require presenting your valid ID and obtaining a signature. You must be of legal age in your province/territory to place and receive a ELFBAR Canada order. Failure to provide a proof of age will result in the refusal of delivery.


The name on the order must match the receiver's name for acceptance upon delivery. Please note that orders failing Canada Post's age verification are not eligible for refunds as associated costs will be applied towards processing and restocking fees. Failure to meet this criteria can result in the refusal of delivery.

    All orders are processed within 1 business day after order confirmation using your preferred shipping method (Standard or Express). You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is dispatched from our delivery center.

  • How long does it take to ship my order?

    Once the order is processed and shipped, the time it takes to deliver your order depends on the shipping location. Estimated delivery time can be found at Checkout or the Estimated Delivery Time table under Estimated Shipping . During peak periods, additional processing time may be required.

    Once your ELFBAR Canada order has been processed by our delivery team, you can track your order on Canada Post’s website.   • Can I cancel OR change my order?

    Cancellations or changes may not be possible as all orders are instantly processed by our delivery team. You have the option to return the item(s) for a store credit. Only store credit will be issued due to the transaction charges and processing fees.

  • Is a signature required for ELFBAR delivery?

    Yes, you must be of legal age in your province/territory to place and receive an ELFBAR Canada order. All ELFBAR orders are verified for proof of age upon delivery by Canada Post, which will require presenting your valid ID and obtaining a signature.

  • What payment options can I use for my order?

  • Can I use my store credit for future purchases?

  • What should I do if I have received a defective or faulty item?
