Elf car doesn’t work

I tried to contact customer service because sofar 1 of my elf bars didn’t work at all. I haven’t opened the last 2 yet but we will see. I was hoping for a replacement or refund on that bar.

Bad Taste

Don't know what I expected, it's my first time trying a vape. The flavor is so artificially sweet it gives me a headache. I couldn't stand using it long enough to feel anything.
